Module 010:AI Tools

How to Access AI Tools

This section explains how to optimize the visual and text resources of your products individually using artificial intelligence within the Loolu platform.

1. Go to the Products section— in the left sidebar menu of Loolu PIM.
2. Select the product— Click on the article you want to edit.
3. Open the AI ​​Tools panel— In the upper right corner of the product page, click the AI ​​Tools button. A pop-up window will open with the four available functions.

10.1 Enhance Image

Designed primarily for low-quality, blurry images or those lacking a clean, well-defined studio background, AI recovers product details and generates a high-quality version with a professional studio photography style.

1. Go to the Enhance Image tab— within the AI ​​Tools menu.
2. Select the image— Click on Select Image (to choose one already loaded in the product) or on Upload Image (to upload a new file from your device).
3. Click on the blue Enhance button— the AI ​​will process the image and generate the improved version.
4. Evaluate the result generated.
5. Save the result:

• Add to Images: saves the image directly to the product gallery.
• Download JPG: download the image locally to your computer.

6. Press Save— to apply the changes to the product sheet.

10.2 Promotional Banner

It allows you to create contextualized advertising compositions by adding themed backgrounds and promotional texts around the image of your product.

1. Go to the Promotional Banner tab.
2. Select the base image— Click on Select Image or Upload Image. It is recommended to use an image that has been previously enhanced with Enhance Image.
3. Define the background context— In the Theme text field, write the banner theme (e.g., "Summer Vacation", "Christmas").
4. Write the sales pitch— In the Promotional text field, enter the offer or call to action (e.g., "Discount on sunscreen", "2 for 1 for a limited time").
5. Click on Generate Banner— AI will create a banner proposal.
6. Iterate if necessary— If you want an alternative with the same data, click on Generate Banner again to get a new proposal.
7. Save the result— Click on Add to Images to add it to the product page or on Download JPG to save it locally.

10.3  Virtual Model (Modelo Virtual)

Place your product in a real-world usage scenario by generating human models (e.g., hands holding the product, someone applying it, etc.).

1. Go to the Virtual Model tab.
2. Select the product image — haz clic en Select Image o Upload Image.
3. Click on the Generate button.
4. Evaluate the result— Due to the nature of AI with human anatomy, the result may vary. If the image shows aesthetic anomalies, click Generate Again to iterate and get a new proposal.
5. Save the desired result— Click on Add to Images to add it to the product page or on Download JPG.

10.4 Text (Content Generation and Regionalization)

It allows you to automatically write names, titles, descriptions and keywords optimized for SEO, adapting the language according to the target country of sale.

1. Go to the Text tab.
2. Select the product image as a reference— AI will use it to visually identify what item it is.
3. Select language and region— In the Language drop-down menu, choose the language and specific region of your target market (e.g., "Spanish (Colombia)", "Spanish (Mexico)"). This will adapt the local idioms and terms to the product.
4. Provide background context (Optional)— If the record already contains previous data or you wish to guide the AI, briefly fill in the Product name or Description fields.
5. Click on Generate— the system will return suggestions for the following fields:

• Product name
• Title
• Description
• Short description
• Keywords

6. Review and select— In the right-hand column, check the boxes for the fields you wish to retain.
7. Click on Apply selected— the selected sections will be automatically transferred to the editable fields of the product information.

Technical Considerations and Business Rules

AI Token Management

Using AI tools consumes credits/tokens. If your balance reaches zero, the system will display a blocking warning. Behavior depends on your plan.
